Returns Policy

RETURNS

At HuddoCo, we strive to provide excellent customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are happy to offer change of mind refunds for most full price merchandise. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.huddoco.com.

We cannot accept returns from third party stores or online stores stocking HuddoCo. In the first instance, please contact the store you purchased the product from.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The merchandise was purchased through www.huddoco.com
  • The cost of returning items will be at the cost of the customer.
  • Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund (see below for conditions to return).
  • Proof of purchase must be provided along with the returned merchandise.
  • The merchandise is in its original condition and unused, with all tags attached.
  • Used food accessories cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons. Return eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of whether or not HuddoCo believes the items have been used.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. If your products meet the above criteria, follow the below returns process. 

RETURN PROCESS

  • Send us an email at hello@huddoco.com to let us know you're returning your item.
  • Send your return to - HuddoCo Returns, 33/71-79 Kurrajong Avenue, Minchinbury, NSW 2770.
  • Send us the tracking details for your return.

WARRANTY PROCESS

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, please contact us at hello@huddoco.com, so we can arrange a return label for you. Please include your original order number and details of your concern relating to the product.
